Job Description: -

We are looking for an HR Executive. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role, you should have experience in Human Resources and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.

Responsibilities: -

 Recruitment & Selection - Hiring the right fit for the right job

 Onboarding - Smooth onboarding of new joiners.

 Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.

 Performance Management -Ensuring Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual Review.

 Payroll & Compliances - Monthly attendance, Late marks, etc.

 Employee Engagement - Rewarding employee of the month, tenure recognition.

 Grievance handling on day to day basis.

 Knowledge of HRIS (Greyt hr)

 Letter Preparation - Issuing relevant letters as per requirement.

 Maintaining monthly MIS of headcount, attrition, etc.

 ensuring awareness in the Echo system

 Creating clear and concise reports.

 Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.

 Creating and ensuring SOPs are followed

Requirement: -

 Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

 1+ years' experience in Human Resources or related field

 Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

 Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees

 Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.

 Attention to detail and good judgment.

 Candidates preferred from nearby locations only.

 Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

 Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
