Job Overview
We are seeking a Female Education Counselor to join our team. as a full-time employee. As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to students and parents to help them make informed decisions about education options. This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and will be based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience as an Education Counselor or in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Strong knowledge of educational programs, institutions, and career paths
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with student assessment tools and counseling techniques
- Proficiency in using technology for counseling purposes

Roles And Responsibilities - Provide guidance and counseling to students and parents regarding education options and career choices
- Assist students in understanding their strengths, interests, and goals to make informed decisions
- Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate students' aptitude and skills
- Offer advice on suitable educational programs, courses, and institutions based on individual needs
- Assist students with the college application process, including filling out forms and writing personal statements
- Organize and conduct informational sessions and workshops for students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of student information and counseling sessions
- Stay updated on educational trends and developments to provide up-to-date guidance
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to support student success
