Job description

Key Responsibilities Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines Perform hardware characterization on systems, within safety guidelines Troubleshoot complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve moderately process engineering issues. Prepare wafers for experimentation, loads wafers, prepares reactor for experimentation and Operates reactor to perform process. Prepare samples for Characterization. Measure film properties, organize data/reports for review and interpret data Records process conditions and experimental observations. Evaluates wafers and coupons, including modification of the process recipes. Prepares graphs and tables summarizing results. Coordinates with process engineers on wafer evaluations. Sets up equipment for experiments. Uses quantitative wafer evaluation and process instrumentation knowledge to draw conclusions from data. Assists in training team members. Develop and publish best known method (BKM) procedures including, sample prep, and special sample handling. Knowledgeably operates laboratory process equipment and instrumentation. Generate internal documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports Interact with customers to resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues/problems under general supervision Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers under minimal supervision Implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferably Materials Science and Engineering) Semiconductor /Wafer Fab/ Microelectronics Lab / Lab experience will be advantage.

Years of Experience: 2 - 8 Years
