Job Details

To lead sales planning & execution for the watches, fragrances and accessories, developing future levers of business growth & identifying new ways of selling that help deliver high quality performance in both retail and distribution which eventually leads to achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Performance Measure

Sales: Sales & After Sales planning: Business plan formulation

1. Provide inputs in formulating the annual business plan for the watches, fragrances and accessories including developing a roadmap of monetising our after sale service and ensuring that becomes a parallel profit centre. Bringing newness to the current methodology and develop a future looking, automated, horizontally integrated mechanism of setting up business plans and then ensuring that those plans are implemented.
2. Review and provide inputs of the sales performance against the plan religiously and providing inputs to help secondary sales
3. Develop the network expansion strategies on an annual basis in line with the business needs working closely with the respective business managers.

Sales: New Store / SOP management

1. Create, modify and approve the SOPs for EBOs internationally.
2. Manage and execute projects related to store opening, store renovations, store layout design, store interior design, etc. for both EBOs and MBOs in coordination with relevant stakeholders
3. Identify operational issues/ glitches and approve countermeasures for the company owned and partner stores to ensure smooth sales
4. Work with the VM/marketing team on audit schedules to ensure compliance of the SOPs
5. Ensure commercial compliance in the stores with coordination from the commercial teams

Sales: Secondary Push

1. Design and develop partner schemes to boost targeted sales
2. Ensure roll out of the designed schemes across markets
3. Collect and analyse the secondary data from all countries and feed that into the category and analytics team
4. Identify, conceive and deploy new ways of selling for the business. Like NTOs for SMART - based on the strategy of the business in that geography. This is a crucial requirement from the role
5. Continuously evaluate new avenues and technologies working closely with the DigITal team to get better Retail/Trade efficiencies and automate a lot of our processes

Sales: Retail operations: Training & Competency building

1. Work with the dedicated trainer to create modules for selling in the relevant languages for EBOS and MBOs for both company and partner staff.
2. Work with the trainer and the business managers and prepare a training and refresher schedule for each country
3. Working closely with the business managers to ensure company CROs in the system are upskilled and creating a pipeline of future talent.
