About the function: This function is responsible for managing the communication and growth of GCC charter for the organization, through extensive consumer understanding, strategic communication development and new user acquisition.

What will you be doing: The incumbent will manage paid campaigns for GCC business to drive revenue and ROI on PPC channels. He/She will manage the paid search budget and work with the relevant business teams in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customer acquisition. Candidates with hands on experience of online marketing tools like Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook business manager will be preferred.

What will you be doing: Own overall traffic delivery and customer acquisitions on SEM. Spearhead planning exercise involving cost and traffic projections. Conceptualize tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Leverage data analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies. Collaborate closely with product/revenue team to maximize ROI on the paid campaigns. Design & launch periodic experiments with clear success/failure metrics, for all major line of businesses. Identify opportunities for automation and create roadmap for the same in conjunction with data science team. Responsible for bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver Revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend. Test new platforms, features and optimization methods. Use web analytics tool (Adobe Omniture) to identify marketing opportunities (source countries, destinations, popular hotels etc.) Monitoring, Tracking and optimizing campaigns to ensure business deliveries. Co-ordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion optimization and regular coordination with internal stakeholders with performance reporting.

Qualification & Experience: B.Tech. or MBA graduates from reputable institutes with 2 to 5 years of experience in a performance marketing. Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing. Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing. In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., AMO, Conversion Optimizer, Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite). Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics. Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
