FT Outer surface modification As per Formability report & according to fuel volume to develop bottom plate of FUEL TANK.

Thickening of A surface and setting the mountings as per the tooling feasibility, service ability and manufacturing feasibility of FT

Volume, Fuel flow and BS IV & BS VI requirements and Calculations.

Fuel Tank & Canister Assy. Routing & its Design. of BS VI Segment in Catia V5.

Preparing 3D parts Design (Sheet metal & Plastic Component) & also its 2D Drafting.

Interaction with CAE, analysis of Formability reports of FT and resolution of issues
