Summary of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This role's primary focus is recruitment and onboarding processes, with an opportunity to contribute to training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection for various roles.
- Collaborate with the team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- To attract top talent, utilize various recruitment channels, including job portals and social media.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Onboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare onboarding schedules, and conduct orientation sessions.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles and the company culture.
- Address queries and concerns during the onboarding period.
Training Support:
- Contribute to the development of training schedules.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Work closely with the HR team to identify training needs within the organization.
- Provide support for training programs.
Requirements:

Qualification:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
- This is a 6-month internship position.
