Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a passion for creating user-centric designs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and design tools.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
