Managing day to day activities of the team, including processing of transactions Accountable for recording & reporting of financial statements Analysis of monthly performance and providing variance commentary Adhering to financial deadlines and Management reporting timelines Support the on-shore Finance business partners on various requests. Resolving queries from onsite Finance partners and providing support Preparation of various KPI’s requested by the management/ business. Review Financial statements and highlight any risks & opportunities thereof. Support in budgeting and forecasting processes including data uploads. Evaluation of existing process and suggest improvement across finance. Support of Audit & Statutory requirements and completion on time Ensure adherence to internal controls and finance processes. Skills and Experience Qualified / Semi qualified accountant; CA/ CWA/ CMA/ CIMA/ ACCA/ MBA/ Post Graduation in Finance or Accounts Knowledge and experience of 5+ years in essential finance domains –R2R/FP&A Variance Analysis & Variance commentary preparation Budgeting and forecasting In dept knowledge of Management accounting. Capable of working in a team with a multi-functional finance environment Experience of using general ledger systems/ Finance ERP’s Exceptional analytical capabilities with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent reporting, analytical and communication skills A customer focused approach and desire to embrace the challenges. Solid inter-personal skills and ability to mature strong relationships. Takes ownership and accountability of areas supported.Job tags
