Job description
BA will need to review L2 cases and triage to ensure cases are fully documented, scenarios validated and ensure impact analysis and release material are documented in JIRA. JIRA, Confluence and GIT will be used towards ALM. The team will agree to a performance KPI that will be assessed periodically . The team need to develop training material to ensure any new team member hired later could be onboarded through train the trainer methodology.
- Be a part of gate keeping process (BA, CS and Dev do initial analysis of a reported defect before the issues in JIRA are moved to L3 for detailed analysis and fixing, if required)
- Analyse a given defect to identify if it requires a fix / is not a defect and share the analysis on JIRA. If a fix is required, then the same is confirmed
- Participate in 3 Amigos with Dev and QA to discuss the proposed solution and help QA with preparing and validating the test scenarios
- Provide documentation related to the fix like customer impact, change in behaviour, release notes, user guide updates, etc.
