Job description
Schbang is looking for an experienced full-time Communications & Content executive to work with our Business Transformation Department.
We are India’s fastest-growing creative, tech & media transformation agency, with 8 years of experience serving the biggest brands in the industry. The Content Executive will be responsible for creatively packaging & promoting our work on external channels like social media, email, press, etc. through different formats like case studies, short writeups, Reels, podcasts, infographics, blogs, white papers, newsletters & more. Experience Required: 1-2 years of full-time experience in a content creation & digital communications role at a technology/SaaS or product company with a basic understanding of corporate communications & PR Hands-on experience in creating video content (with a basic understanding of mobile editing & animation) Strong grasp over LinkedIn & Instagram platforms (and their trends, algorithms, tonality, etc.) with experience running LinkedIn & Instagram business pages as a content creator/strategist Well-versed with the lingo & latest as well as future trends shaping the tech or adjacent industries Preference for candidates with a basic understanding of graphic design You will be responsible for: Formulating & executing an integrated communications strategy for Schbang’s Business Transformation Unit across social media, official website, blogs, press, emailers, etc. Closely working with Heads of each Department to ensure that our technology work is getting amplified creatively through case studies, podcasts, creative debriefs & other innovative IPs Following & setting a clear consistent content tonality that aligns with our core principles, brand guidelines & larger business goals Tracking & analyzing key performance metrics to ensure the content is attracting new business, adding value to existing clients/stakeholders & directly resulting in ROI Working with our Business Development Team to create decks & other marketing material for potential clients The ideal candidate should: Be hands-on with content creation in both video & written formats Past track record working in technology-first companies, brands or agencies Have a portfolio of diverse strategic content that has received tangible results for the brands or organisations they’ve worked with Demonstrate excellent communication skills & a command of EnglishJob tags
