Provide strategic counsel and consultative solutions to Managers on people management aspects of their business including leadership development, team efficiency, and implementing organizational change.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Finance to ensure a feasible, proactive workforce plan is in place and well implemented.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase efficiency and retention.
Builds and implements regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure People metrics are quantified and outcome driven. Able to identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
In partnership with our Employee Success team, you will guide and coach managers on how to appropriately lead and resolve sophisticated people issues (eg, employee lifecycle, performance management, and enablement)
Partner with team members throughout the People organization to develop, communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance.
Demonstrate standard methodologies and find opportunities for efficiency.
Understand the client groups, strategy, challenges, business initiatives, and business model.
What You Bring With You:
8 to 10 years of proven experience resolving complex employee relations issues
Solid understanding of multiple human resource subject areas, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Experience in global organizations
Strategic, critical problem solver who isn t afraid to get into the weeds; real passion for working as a team
Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels, influence behavior, and lead change
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
A high degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and unique situations
