AB InBev India is looking to hire an Recruitment Partner for its People function based out of Bangalore.

Primary Purpose of the role:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in the talent acquisition process, collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to identify and acquire top-tier talent for our organization.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:- 1. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 2. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool. 3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify the best candidates for various roles. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes. 7. Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and professional organizations, to attract top talent. 8. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.

Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner or in a similar role within a corporate environment. 2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. With Hiring portals. 6. Proactive and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality talent. 7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
