JOB DESCRIPTION Department: PMS & AIF – Channel Management Designation: Head of Sales Key Accountabilities: · Driving Sales of PMS& AIF Products in B2b Channels across Wealth, PCG, Bank and IFA Channels· Ability to understand Investment approach and products and communicate effectively with RM’s/ TL across various distribution channels· Onboard and build the IFA channel for sales of PMS/ AIF Products· Ability to organise and address team huddles and client events across channels for driving sales· Developing and maintaining relationships with Channel partners by providing them exceptional individualized customer service.· Working on the long term & short-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.· Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Channel Partners and ensuring maximum satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
