Process day to day volumes & daily reporting
2. Must Possess Accounts Receivable/OTC full cycle process knowledge.
3. SAP Accounting entries knowledge is must.
4. Assisting in preparation of Operating decks (volume metrics/Balanced scorecard)
5. Assist in performing quality check.
6. Interact with stakeholders, leaders as required and maintain effective relationships.
7. Maintaining repository & creation of standard operating procedures.
8. Good communication skills (both written and oral) strong interpersonal skills are added advantage .
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements & standardization.
10. Perform additional tasks as required.
