About the role

  1. Creating video content: You will be responsible for creating high-quality videos that promote a company's products, services or brand identity. This includes coming up with video concepts, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production work. You should have experience with video production software and equipment.
  2. Developing video content strategies: You will be responsible for developing video content strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals. This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging and creative concepts, and optimizing video content for different platforms and channels.
  3. Conducting market research: You will be responsible for conducting market research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape. This includes analyzing data from various sources to develop insights that inform the video content strategy.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with other marketing staff, such as designers, writers, and social media specialists, to develop and execute video content strategies. You should have strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
  5. [OPTIONAL] Analyzing performance metrics: You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of video content and adjusting strategies as needed. This includes monitoring performance metrics such as views, engagement rates, and conversions. You should have experience with analytics tools and be able to draw insights from data.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a combination of the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  2. 1+ years of experience in video content creation and marketing preferred.
  3. Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Technical knowledge of video production equipment and software.
  6. Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
