Salary Package - 3 Lac to 6 Lac PA Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Noida, for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and expand the company's reach in the market. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field Experience in the fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry is a plus Previous experience working in a startup environment is a plusJob tags
