As a Group Product Manager, you will identify the needs of users and will influence teams to work towards solving problems to make GoPay an emerging market leader
Areas that you will be owning are user behavior, analytics, discoverability, growth, and adoption of features all across payments, experimentation and segmentation, and building and governing all our communications channels with our customers
What You Will Do
Lead Product Managers and their teams to develop and be accountable to a unified roadmap
Define OKRs and drive strategy for meeting those OKRs
Be outcome-driven, everything we do needs metrics and you will be expected to define, report, and improve these metrics
Be an effective leader who solves customer needs. We expect you to build enough business and user context to effectively partner and collaborate with many types of stakeholders, including engineers, analysts, and leaders from different teams and functions
Manage and mentor Product Managers in your product group, providing them with guidance and mentorship to maximize their potential
Continue to strive for innovation. Be aware of developments that are happening in the market. Guide us to make informed decisions
Be execution and delivery-driven. We care about delivering solutions on time and on budget
What You Will Need
At least 10 years of product management experience in technology-powered products, with experience in organizational leadership or management roles
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills; ability to lead a team across multiple locations
Global mindset with an ability to think about culture, language, and other aspects when putting the customer at the center of all outcomes

Passion for leading and developing direct reports; coaching mentoring them towards improving their professional skill sets; ability to lead and influence direct reports remotely
Ability to manage a large, diverse set of deliverables - vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable
Communication style motivated by brevity and purposeful outcomes with experience interfacing with executives
It would be great if you have been part of product-led growth teams in the past.
