DMI is seeking a Performance Test Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performance Test Lead is required to establish & expand Performance Testing capabilities. Candidate should come with good industry experience and exposure to performance testing. He/she will be responsible for bringing in a formal process for performance testing from scripting to execution & reporting, guiding the Product Owners and businesses on defining the NFRs based on the industry standards, and delivering performance testing activities for projects. This will be a shared capability (like a horizontal) and candidate will support projects on their performance testing needs.

Education and Years of Experience:   

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: Performance Testing concepts including test strategy, JMeter concepts and knowledge, and Blaze Meter platform familiarity.
