Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Accounts Executive

proficient in Xero and QuickBooks to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. If you're detail-oriented, experienced in Xero and QuickBooks, and passionate about delivering excellence in financial management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: ·

Manage all aspects of financial accounting using Xero and QuickBooks software. ·

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. ·

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights for decision-making. ·

Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data. ·

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and optimize efficiency. ·

Stay updated with accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance. ·

Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support. ·

Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity. ·

Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to support company objectives. ·

Preparation of financial statements (including P&L and other reports), ·

Managing confidential and sensitive data, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, and overseeing HR management, including salary payments, leave management, ESI, PF, professional tax, and payroll management for staff. Requirements: ·

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ·

Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Executive or similar role. ·

Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills ·

In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks software. ·

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. ·

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. ·

Expertise in Advanced Excel, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and the ability to generate dynamic reports. ·

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. ·

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ·

Highly organized, adept at setting priorities, and skilled in completing tasks within tight timeframes. ·

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ·

CPA certification (preferred but not required). Benefits: ·
