Regional Branch Manager: Sii India Pune

Job description

We support our clients within the scope of testing, software development, infrastructure management as well as system integration and system maintenance. We specialize also in industrial automation, we offer advanced solutions in the areas of mechanical engineering, process control, and production management. To answer the constantly growing needs of our clients and the projects we’re delivering, we’re looking for a person who will open and manage our new branch in Pune.

Key parts of the role:

Leadership & management

Build & manage the unit according to Sii mission, goals, values Ensure that the realization of Sii operations is conducted according to the applicable law and internal Sii procedures Assure efficient recruitment process Proper office management, taking care of the atmosphere, ensuring good impressions of workers and candidates Ensure good cooperation with Sii India Managing Director and his team based in Bangalore, mainly in areas of local Sii India processes like payroll, legal aspects, financial reporting Recruit wise, competent, and nice people with Sii Spirit and who share Sii values Set SMART quarterly and yearly goals to your team, support team members whenever needed Plan, organize, and monitor subordinates work and KPI Welcome new workers in Sii, make them feel good and integrated Manage conflicts in your team if they appear Provide honest feedback and criticism when needed Control & manage properly subordinates' remuneration Implement specific local recruitment, marketing, and employer branding strategy for Sii India Pune

Business development

Support Sii business development by assuring fast and efficient recruitment process of Indian engineers to Sii clients/projects that need services from India Promotion of Sii India Pune, its services, and engineers among Sii managers Sell Sii offering in the Indian market: Build a local prospection list, register new prospects and contacts in our CRM system Make initial contact and meet prospects and clients to explore their needs Negotiate contracts according to Sii legal standards Win deals and open new accounts or increase business with our active accounts

Required skills & experience

Previous experience in IT recruitment or as a IT sales - professional services companies preferred Wide knowledge & understanding of IR professional profiles, processes, and technologies Entrepreneurial and business-oriented approach Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility, discipline Natural determination, ambition, fighting spirit, can-do attitude Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills Higher education degree (IT or business degree preferred) A proven track record of successfully managing a team, department, or company Excellent communication skills, including excellent English
