Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of sales personnel. The Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales and experience in achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
