Qualifications And Skills - Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Experience in international customer care is a plus
- Collection development experience is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service
