Job Description :- Understand end-to-end business requirements, system integrationsRoles & Responsibilities :- Understand end-to-end business requirements, system integrations.- Work with application users on L1 issues- Work with various development teams on L2, L3 issues- Application Release Management- Application Monitoring and Log Analysis- Work US business hrsEligibility :- Python application development (Django framework)- Relational DB like Postgres and SQL- Cloud infrastructure like AWS (S3, SQS, EC2 etc)- React JS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS- L1 & L2 Support- Bridge call management- Incident communications- Application release management- Application monitoring and log analysis- ITIL Knowledge- ITSM, collaboration and CI-CD tools (ref:hirist.tech)
