Job description
Candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Director in their day-to-day activities and ensuring the efficient operation of their office. Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for the Director. Manage the Director's calendar, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Director. Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as needed. Travel Arrangements: ยท Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Document Management
: Maintain and organize the Director's files, both in physical and electronic formats. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information. Task Prioritization: Assist the Director in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines. Handle ad-hoc requests and urgent matters efficiently. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
