Roles and Responsibility for Sales Coordinator
Role:
A Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and pricing.
Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers.
4. Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases, including contact details and sales-related information.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
5. Sales Documentation:
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
Organize and file documents for easy access.
6. Sales Reporting:
Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
Provide insights to the sales team regarding trends and opportunities.
7. Coordination with Other Departments:
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
Provide necessary information to support cross-functional initiatives.
8. Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize sales meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
9. Quotation Preparation:
Prepare accurate and timely price quotations for products or services.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
10. Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and track inventory levels.
Assist in managing stock and fulfilling orders.
11. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Use CRM software to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
12. Sales Training and Support:
Provide training and support to sales team members on sales processes, tools, and software.
13. Problem Solving:
Address customer complaints and concerns by providing timely and effective solutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
14. Market Research:
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
