Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Lead, you are a trusted advisor to our Tier1 partners and OEM customers in four and two wheeler spaces who will be providing high-quality consultancy on the state-of-the-art Cerence AI solutions.
- The Cerence product and solutions portfolio ranges over a set of Edge AI products to realize advanced and button-less user experiences in the vehicle. It includes the world s most advanced hybrid Automotive Assistant platform (eg, utilizing embedded and/or cloud-based capabilities and content) to build customer-specific smart assistant solutions and applications.
- You re building a deep relationship with key stakeholders, leveraging your great communication and presentation skills. You help customers decide on optimal solution architectures, you guide them to find the right set of custom features, and you consult them on how to realize the best end-user experience for their brand and program. You listen carefully to their requirements, plans and intentions, and foster quick and to the point responses from our side.
- Ideally, you have a technical or scientific university degree, combined with several years (10+) of relevant industry experience. Your aspiration is to bring cutting edge infotainment products and solutions to the automotive market, and you appreciate that the best strategy for success is founded on excellent long-term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction.
- As a self-driven professional, you love working with people with varying backgrounds.
- Your English language skills in oral and written form are superb, so cooperation and teamwork beyond language boundaries have become second nature to you.

As such, this candidate will contribute significantly to growing the India business, which in turn is part of the global Cerence family, serving in every major automotive market working with every major auto maker in the world.
- The India team is as much responsible for bringing the global state-of-the-art and innovations into the local market as much as it must ensure that global roadmaps, products, and solution platforms will meet future needs for this specific market.
- As Manager, you play a crucial role in capturing such market trends and driving the internal discussion accordingly.
- You will be based in Pune so you can work closely with our OEM customers and Tier1 partners. Travel across regions as well as internationally is not an issue for you
