Position Overview: The Video Editor Intern at Media Ink Studios will play a vital role in various projects from conception through to completion. This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in a professional environment, enhancing your skills in video editing under the guidance of our experienced team, remotely. Key Responsibilities: Assist in editing video content for various projects, including corporate videos, promotional content, social media clips, etc. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and realize compelling video content. Organize, manage, and archive video footage and assets efficiently. Engage in post-production tasks such as color grading, sound editing, and adding special effects. Provide creative input on projects and participate in brainstorming sessions. Maintain adherence to project deadlines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content. Qualifications: Enrollment in or recent graduation from a film production, media studies, or similar program. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). A creative thinker with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, even when working remotely. Excellent time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously. A portfolio or reel that demonstrates your editing skills is highly preferred.
