Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and configure the Time Management module within the SuccessFactors system to meet business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to time and attendance, absence management, and time off requests.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications, system configurations, and test plans.
  4. Lead and participate in system testing, including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing, to ensure the successful implementation and functioning of the Time Management module.
  5. Identify and resolve system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Time Management processes with other HR systems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system optimization and improvement.
  8. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the Time Management module and its functionalities.
  9. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology, specifically related to Time Management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  10. Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party integrations or add-ons to enhance the Time Management module capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Time Management module.
  3. Strong understanding of Time Management processes, including time and attendance, absence management, and time off requests.
  4. Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and integration points, especially in relation to Time Management.
  5. Proven experience in designing and configuring SuccessFactors Time Management workflows, rules, and related functionalities.
  6. Solid understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  7. Experience in conducting system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful implementation.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective resolutions.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  10. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  1. SuccessFactors Time Off module experience is highly desirable.
  2. Experience with SAP HCM or other HRIS systems.
  3. Knowledge of SAP payroll integration with SuccessFactors Time Management module.
  4. SuccessFactors certifications in Time Management or related modules.
  5. Experience in leading or participating in global SuccessFactors implementation projects
