Job description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Architect with expertise in the Time Management module
- As a SuccessFactors Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Time Management functionality within the SuccessFactors system
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience working with SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of Time Management processes
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure the Time Management module within the SuccessFactors system to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to time and attendance, absence management, and time off requests.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including functional specifications, system configurations, and test plans.
- Lead and participate in system testing, including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing, to ensure the successful implementation and functioning of the Time Management module.
- Identify and resolve system issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Time Management processes with other HR systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system optimization and improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the Time Management module and its functionalities.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology, specifically related to Time Management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of third-party integrations or add-ons to enhance the Time Management module capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Time Management module.
- Strong understanding of Time Management processes, including time and attendance, absence management, and time off requests.
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and integration points, especially in relation to Time Management.
- Proven experience in designing and configuring SuccessFactors Time Management workflows, rules, and related functionalities.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in conducting system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- SuccessFactors Time Off module experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP HCM or other HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of SAP payroll integration with SuccessFactors Time Management module.
- SuccessFactors certifications in Time Management or related modules.
- Experience in leading or participating in global SuccessFactors implementation projects
