Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Business Development Executive located in Hyderabad. The Jr. Business Development Executive will generate new business opportunities by identifying, prioritizing, and developing new partnerships and maintaining existing ones. They will develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to build Drunken Monkey's brand awareness and achieve sales targets; and will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in business development or sales in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business, build and maintain strong relationships, and negotiate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
