Requirements:

• Minimum: bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Experience in utilizing drilling engineering software.
• Extensive knowledge on EDR monitoring with a good grasp for trend analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relations skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Independent and self-motivated individual.
• Effectiveness in problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with concepts of Drilling Engineering, and factors that affects drilling performance.
• Real-time center or remote operations experience.
• 2-5 years' experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Rig-site experience mandatory.
• Work experience in exploration or oil field service companies in roles like MWD/LWD engineer, directional drilling engineer, mud logger, drilling optimization engineer, well planner and drilling engineer.
