Job description
Role & Responsibilities �
- Strong knowledge of administration and troubleshooting skills on Office 365 Exchange online and MS Teams.
- Strong Troubleshooting Knowledge of mail flow, Queues, performance related issues of Office 365 Exchange online and On-Prem Exchange environment.
- Understand HA and DR options for onprem Exchange
- Troubleshooting knowledge with CAS, HUB and Mailbox role servers
- Understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of all exchange protocols
- Migration experience from onprem to O365
- Support experience of investigating complex Office 365 Exchange online
- Experience of using support, troubleshooting, and monitoring tools � Strong knowledge and experience in Security and Compliance
- Hands-on experience in Azure Active Directory, load balancing, reverse proxy
- Update Office 365 licenses, subscriptions, and user management as necessary
- Basic networking knowledge and experience including DNS, TCP/IP, Sub-netting
- Experience with troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting Hybrid scenarios
- Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
- Knowledge of O365-EXO and MS Teams Technical Architecture and its workloads
- Strong Knowledge in AD, AAD connect, ADFS and WAP Proxy management & Troubleshooting
- Strong Knowledge in DAG, mailbox database, public folder management, Backup and recovery
- Good Knowledge in SPAM filtering and email relay management. � Good understanding on migration strategy to migrate user to O365 / MS Teams
- Good Knowledge Hybrid Exchange / Skype for Business Server setup, administration, troubleshooting and patching
- Good Knowledge Office365 ? EXO and Exchange Server connector creation, certificate association and renewal activity
- MS Teams administration, troubleshooting and Support Experience
- Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Cloud PBX/PSTN, Multi-factor authentication
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities of MS Office 365Experience with and technical knowledge of the MS Teams Certified Solutions Partner ecosystem, Applications, Devices, Meeting Room Systems.
- Should know scripting on PowerShell � O365 - EXO & MS Teams
- Knowledge on Mail Gateways and security products.
