Job description
Establish and manage the Product Quality Assurance Plan and report the quality status in front of each gate in the project team also within QA reference group.
Work with a cross-functional view to ensure product quality objectives are met according to UD product development process (DVP) for assigned projects.
Ensure that product risks and product issues are monitored and controlled, well aligned with Quality tools, VV plan, project time plan.
Make recommendation to each project gate decision.
Good connection to both project members and Quality Assurance members.
Lead the technical screening with the use of product quality history, Quality Assurance team members.
Secure the prototype issue resolution status meeting the agreed project gate criteria including risk analysis.
Estimate the fault frequency, warranty surcharge predictions for the project new contents and secure cross functional contract agreement.
Ensure that Purchasing org secures warranty charter agreement for new suppliers.
Lead product quality handover to maintenance.
Minimum qualifications
BEB.TECH or equivalent education with 4-6 years of automotive work experience, preferably from ElectricalElectronics background.
3-4 years of project management experience.
Overall vehicle knowledge understanding of truck usage applications
Applied knowledge on quality tools processes such as FMEA, technical screening, risk analysis, etc
Eagerness to learn international markets would be an added advantag e
