Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive, located in Rajkot. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling back-office operations, communication, sales, and finance. The Back Office Executive will be expected to manage the administration work, process invoices, prepare reports, and coordinate with different departments for smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and departments
• Basic knowledge of Sales to assist the sales team
• Understanding of accounting principles for basic Finance tasks
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field
