Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee the seamless processing of various financial transactions by leveraging digital tools and technologies, ensuring strict adherence to internal standards and regulatory mandates. 2. Collaborate with banking, funding, and fund management teams to facilitate the prompt and accurate execution of transactions, incorporating digital platforms for enhanced efficiency. 3. Spearhead the implementation and monitoring of digital Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs), elevating client satisfaction through streamlined processes. 4. Collaborate closely with technology experts to identify, develop, and integrate automation solutions, advancing service standards and operational efficiency within a tech-driven framework. 5. Conduct regular reviews, governance calls, and virtual meetings to ensure seamless alignment with client expectations, while upholding operational compliance through digital monitoring tools. 6. Cultivate and manage relationships with both internal and external clients, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the dynamic landscape of digital finance. 7. Implement robust digital systems for operational control, effectively managing risk, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements in an ever-evolving technological landscape. Skills & Qualifications: 1. Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: Accumulate 5+ years of experience in the BFSI sector, specializing in mutual fund operations and transaction processing. 3. Leadership: Demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing top-tier teams. 4. Skills: a. Analytical Expertise: Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving prowess. b. Interpersonal and Communication Abilities: Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and collaboration. c.
