GRAPHIC DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate

possesses a strong design sensibility, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts

into visually appealing designs. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and creative

teams to produce high-quality visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our

audience.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Design visually appealing social media assets like posts, stories, reels, packaging designs,
2. website & ad assets, and any other graphic requirements from the marketing team.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate creative ideas for social
4. media campaigns and promotions.
5. Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in terms of
6. style, tone, and messaging of our brand.
7. Produce high-quality graphics optimized for websites & any social media platform
8. Has in depth knowledge on design trends, social media trends, and industry innovations to
9. incorporate fresh ideas and techniques into our visual content strategy.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced
11. environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. 2+ years of relevant work experience in graphic design.
2. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Corel Draw,
3. blender & spline [for 3d assets].
4. Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through design.
5. Should possess strong knowledge of graphic design principles and implementations.
6. Experience developing strategic visual content for developing graphics for social media and
7. other creative materials for web and other digital platforms or any assets required by the
8. marketing team.
9. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
10. Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
