Currently, the company is in the expansion stage as we have commenced our vehicle deliveries in Bangalore with over 100+ vehicles on road. These are mobility focused funds backed by some of the big names in the automotive industry. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the 2 wheeler & battery assembly line quality control processes. • Implementing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and leading a team to ensure that assembled products meet regulatory and company standards. • Collaborating with production, engineering and other departments to identify and address quality issues, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and developing strategies to enhance overall assembly line efficiency and product quality. • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets quality objectives. • Conduct process and product audits to Identify areas for improvement in the assembly process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality. • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Continuous improvement in First time right product assembly, Average defect per unit, Line rejection, customer product audit, 0KM failures. • Support the introduction of new vehicle models by ensuring that quality control measures are established and met during the launch phase. • Manage and address customer feedback related to vehicle quality issues. • Improvement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems based on customer inputs. • Maintain comprehensive records of quality control activities and results. • Generate regular MIS, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. • Responsible for managing the budget allocated for quality control activities, optimizing resources to achieve the highest standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• B.Tech or Diploma in mechanical, production, automobile engineering . • Having experience with 2 wheeler,4 wheeler OEMs. • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position. • Well versed with IATF 16949, PFMEA,KAIZEN,7 QC tools, Problem solving, 8D, Six Sigma. Certified quality auditor.
