Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Leads, plan & execute technical strategies of the 3M product lines with the customers by providing them technical & application expertise support. Develops technical value differentiation vis-à-vis competition products & utilizes it by efficiently by communicating 3M product value story to the customer through demo tools, technical literature, benchmarking analysis etc. Leads product field trials, develops technical reports, evaluates local competition products, bring back customer & market insights & provides product application inputs during product commercialization process. Develops product application SOPs, e-tools, product bulletins, training materials etc. which enhances customer understanding about 3M product applications & its usage. Continues to build & gain knowledge on industry standards, regulation, participates in industry forums & events. Delivers customer & market focused training through face-to-face engagement or e-media. Provides support and training on existing, new products, applications, technologies to customers, partners & other cross functional team members.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

BE / BTech Civil / Mechanical, Traffic Engineering.

ME / MTech Civil / Mechanical / Traffic engineering can also apply.

Preferred Skills

• Road safety audit
• Competitive analysis / benchmarking
• Project management
• Traffic engineering / Traffic management
• AutoCAD, Corel Draw, MS Office
• Bid Management, proposal making.
• Product feasibility studies

Work Experience: 4 to 7 years…

Language: English, Hindi & any other languages.
