Konnifel is hiring for its senior-level position of Head of Research and Outreach-Science & Engineering Wing. We’relooking for a proactive candidate with a love for their subject, research, and communication. The selected Candidate will be a part of our Foundational Team and will be leading the Science & Engineering wing, beingat the helm of networking with academic experts, assessments creation and validation, consolidation of the Science & Engineering database, and guiding college students.Responsibilities:Networking among academic and industrial experts in the field of Science and Engineering.Leading the creation of assessments and databases.Maintaining research-based qualitative checks.Spearheading profile gap analyses and feedback systems.Interacting with Science and Engineering students for any queries.Qualifications:A Masters degree in any of the Science Branches.A deep conceptual and practical understanding of your subjects.A fair idea and knowledge of other Science and engineering branches, besides your own.Minimum 1 year of experience in the domain of research or academia.Excellent English Communication Skills, both verbal and written.Exemplary Networking skills.Team-leadership quality.Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid minimum 2 days in office required)Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India, 110070Position Level: Senior LevelCompany website: contact details: [email protected]/+91 9599199964
