Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The HR intern will be responsible for supporting HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and understanding of HR practices
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to manage employee benefits and compliance
- Understanding of talent acquisition process and onboarding procedures
- Ability to maintain personnel records and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or completed)
- Experience in HR-related roles or coursework is a plus
