Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving the rapid expansion of Codeshod Ventures within the Indian markets. This role entails a strategic focus on client acquisition, revenue generation, market research, trend analysis, and targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients within our target market.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the company's market visibility and clientele through proactive outbound sales techniques including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other methods to foster valuable networking opportunities with key decision-makers.
- Identify and prospect potential clients across various channels, with a specific emphasis on enterprise sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand their requirements and present tailored product solutions.
- Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot and MailChimp to efficiently manage and track sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze international market trends, competitors, and industry developments, identifying business opportunities and driving innovative growth strategies.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting metrics such as audience reach, proposal submissions, and lead generation volume.
- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and facilitate conversions.
Competencies And Experience:
- 0-2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B databases.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to engage in professional conversations.
- Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands with a sense of urgency.
- High level of technological proficiency, staying abreast of advancements and possessing superior skills in analytical and presentation tools.
