Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving the rapid expansion of Codeshod Ventures within the Indian markets. This role entails a strategic focus on client acquisition, revenue generation, market research, trend analysis, and targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients within our target market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance the company's market visibility and clientele through proactive outbound sales techniques including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other methods to foster valuable networking opportunities with key decision-makers.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients across various channels, with a specific emphasis on enterprise sales.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to understand their requirements and present tailored product solutions.
  4. Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot and MailChimp to efficiently manage and track sales activities.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Conduct thorough market research to analyze international market trends, competitors, and industry developments, identifying business opportunities and driving innovative growth strategies.
  7. Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting metrics such as audience reach, proposal submissions, and lead generation volume.
  8. Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and facilitate conversions.
