Job Description / Responsibility :
> Experience in Process mapping, cost reduction, all manufacturing activities on pilot scale Troubleshooting, Process improvement managing process parameters so as to improve quality of product, minimizing time cycle.
> Experience in root cause analysis -Identifying and underlying causes of problems or defects in a process.
> Knowledge of data analysis to collect and analyze data related to a process to measure its performance and identify areas for improvement.
> knowledge Process control & monitoring using statistical methods & tools to ensure that the process is stable and meets the quality standards.
> Knowledge of Six sigma technique to reduce variability & defects in a process (MUST)
