KEYSKILLS- Team Lead, customer engagement, Windows 10, Intune, SCCM, ITIL service delivery
MUST HAVE- ITIL processes, TCP / IP network knowledge, windows 10, device management using SCCM. Intune, mobile device management, Patching and application installation, IMAC, peripheral devices. Good To Have- Experience in managing end user computing delivery including Desktop, Mobility, VDI, application packaging and delivery using Microsoft tools such as SCCM / Intune. Team management of around 30+ associates across various EUS portfolio with strong interpersonal skills.
