Job description

Title: Senior Executive- CRM – Digital Marketing & Loyalty Reporting to: Assistant Manager - CRM – Digital Marketing & Loyalty

Job Responsibilities · Execution of customer retention strategy & roadmap that will facilitate achievement of targets and KPIs. · Work closely with the Digital Graphic Designer and Copywriter to create Email, SMS, Whatsapp and Push Notifications marketing campaigns. · Generate effective success metrics reports for CRM campaigns. · Ensure the customer database is appropriately segmented for targeted marketing activities. · Develop testing strategies to warrant productive approach for the organisation and its customers. · Create campaign performance reports and relay the feedback to the supply growth teams, marketing teams, concepts, and stakeholders. As well as share the feedback with all for next steps. · Collaborate with cross functional team like Tech, Product, Design to create and manage value added automated customer journeys.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree required. Hands on expertise in CRM platforms like Moengage, Clevertap, Braze etc. Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be preferred. Sound knowledge of MS Office suite 1-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/CRM Candidate should have completed Graduation. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and process oriented. Prudent in managing multiple projects. Collaborative and convivial personality with an innate ability to work with colleagues across business units. This job requires candidate to work as per UAE time zone.
