Job Description Functional Responsibilities:

1. Project Management a) Managing projects and communicating with Sr. Project Manager | Internal Engineering Disciplines | Vendors | Clients b) Supporting the Sr. Project Manager in organising the project organisation while being responsible for the project success and providing strong direction to the teams c) Perform Risk Management to mitigate and minimize project risks. d) Provide effective leadership and conflict resolution to meet the project goals and objectives – internally & externally
2. 2. Project Scheduling and Tracking a) Planning and maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress including the man-hour estimates and margin goals. b) Responsible for reporting of the development in the project to multiple stakeholders i.e., internal and customer c) Responsible for ensuring that tasks are coordinated and carried out in a manner which is in line with Glatt’s standard practice and procedures and meets with the customer expectations as far as commercially possible

3. Vendor selection and monitoring a) Independently dealing with client, vendors, supplier, internal resources and stake holders.

4. Project costing a) Responsible for completion of projects according to scope, cost, quality and schedule – deliver project within budget

5. Project execution and Handover a) Supporting the PM for the execution of a project being involved in the initial quotation phase right up to commissioning, handover and project close down. b) Responsible for the customer management and satisfaction during the execution of the project. c) Ensure that the site work is managed by the site manager. d) Attend client meetings on site to facilitate the commissioning of Glatt’s project.

6. Project support after handover

Educations Qualifications: • Degree in Chemical Engineering from recognized university preferred - Mechanical Engineer with relevant domain experience can also be considered. Experience Bracket: • Project manager with min. 4 - 8 years of Project management experience for Chemical + Food Industry. • Should have handled at least one or two projects in independent capacity as a project lead. • Knowledge of installation, commissioning, site execution will be an added advantage. Skill Sets: • Self-starter • Motivator • Team Player • Strong Leadership skill

• Decision making • Conflict management and strong interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel to job sites during execution of the project Common Sense • Good communication skills in English. Software: • Knowledge of Engineering Guidelines, MS Office, AutoCAD and other basic tools required.
