Job Details: Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and an inspiring consumer leader who will set priorities for the team aligned to the #India5 vision, drive results while ensuring an inclusive work environment and team growth. This is a commissioned sales position. In this role you will be responsible for working with retail partners on defining multi-year growth plans through joint sales and marketing initiatives which include creative and proactive marketing alongside business development programs. You will need to develop and establish CXO relationships across retail customers driving across many levels of customer management. This role also requires extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge. - Manage, develop, and mentor a team of sales people to drive leadership business outcomes with the most important retail partners in India. - Develop and manage influential CXO level relationships with our most important consumer segment partners in the country. - Possess a deep understanding of the retail product assortment and sales strategy for Personal Computers in retail and instruct/coach team members on how to navigate through the challenges. - Identify barriers to accelerating PC sales growth and work with stakeholders to define and solve for it resulting in increase of consumption revenue. - Devise/Create sales strategies to win business for Intel in the consumer space by partnering with key retail partners with a 4P approach in India over years. - Engage proactively and effectively with internal business teams, regional and other stakeholders to communicate local market trends, threats, and opportunities as well as secure needed support to execute to a well-defined strategy. - Coordinate efforts across Intel's business teams i.e. Global Consumer Sales, OEM and Marketing to establish clear priorities and execution with India retail partners. - Work with OEM teams to build solid relationship with Country OEMs in order to gain visibility on and influence their retail product assortment strategies and offerings to the key country retail accounts. - Identify retail assortment portfolio gaps and then build a strategy to prioritize Intel volume over competition. - Manage multi million dollar country budget to meet country consumer sales priorities. - Role model and cultivate the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect, and inclusion. Qualifications: - 15+ years experience in Consumer Electronics/ PC Industry managing retail channels - Demonstrated leadership skills with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales results - Effective in developing and executing on strategies for growing the business and motivating and inspiring cross function teams - Demonstrated ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer centric solutions to our partners - Proven Business and Financial acumen by understanding the market segment and its dependencies - Understands Intel's and Customers business models and organization dynamics - Ability to understand and use data to identify opportunities - Customer first approach/mindset - Strong analytical approach to solving problemsJob Type:Experienced HireShift:Shift 1 (India)Primary Location: India, BangaloreAdditional Locations:India, Mumbai, India, New DelhiBusiness group:Intel's Sales and Marketing (SMG) organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with Intel based technology solutions.
