Position:
The responsibilities for the role of compliance manager by large are as below:
- Develop and implement an effective Institutional compliance program.
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
- Draft and revise company policies
- Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with the Institutional compliance team & external auditors when needed.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Educate and train stakeholders on regulations and industry practices.
- Address stakeholder concerns or questions on Institutional compliance
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in law or business administration
- 6-8 years of experience in similar position
- Understand and apply contract provisions.
- Oversee Agent contracts
- Experience International Operations reconciliation
- Implement contract compliance policy.
- Use and understand statistical modelling software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills (written, oral & email)
- Relevant experience into Customer success/program management /account management
- Experience working with senior level executives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to oversee and manage the Partnership team's Business Metrics and productivity.
- Self-directed can prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to identify errors.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI & Salesforce.
