Job description
The Counselor Performance Analyst is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the call quality of Parent and Admissions Counselors. This role includes monitoring live calls, providing training, delivering feedback, and ensuring effective resolution of parent concerns. The analyst will work closely with the counseling and training departments to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
Experience in call quality evaluation and training, preferably in education
or counseling.
Knowledge of effective communication and counseling techniques.
Proficiency in using call monitoring systems and performance
management software.
