Job description
Oracle E-Business Suite(EBS) Order Management is an order-to-cash solution that provides capabilities for customers, partners, and employees to select the right products and services, negotiate the best prices and ensure timely fulfillment.
Our product plays a central role in various business functions within SCM.
Order Management interacts with various applications viz, Inventory management, Purchasing/receiving, Shipping, Payables, Receivables, etc, thus providing a unique ability to understand and learn the variety of cross-application business flows.
We are seeking an inquisitive and hard-working software application developer to help and build E-Business SCM applications.
. Participate in the overall development effort and complete cycle of the project.
. Analyze complex technical situations and propose creative, effective solutions.
. Investigate existing and new technologies to build new features and integration points.
. Deliver high-quality design, code, and maintain product features using Oracle E-business suite technologies.
. Interact closely with all the collaborators such as other Development teams, QA, Documentation, Release, Customers, etc in ensuring the eventual success of the product.
Minimum Qualifications:
. Strong academic background in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
. 3 -10 years of experience in ERP product development.
. Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle database, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Oracle Development Framework (ADF), Java, XML, REST services, Web service.
. Ability to understand business concepts and processes.
. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality coding standards.
. Superb communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to work in a distributed team with an attitude of sharing and maximising other's knowledge and skills.
. Should be a fast learner and be able to collaborate with senior members/architects in the team.
. Ability to excel under pressure.
. Experience in E-Business Suite Modules (Order Management/Shipping, Inventory, WMS, Channel Revenue Management etc.) is a big plus, but not mandatory.
