Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end users and employees on the functionalities and best practices of SAP PP & MM.
Designing and developing training materials and resources for SAP PP & MM modules.
Providing guidance and support to trainees in understanding and using SAP PP & MM software applications effectively.
Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to identify specific training needs in SAP PP & MM and develop customized training plans.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in SAP PP & MM modules and incorporating them into training materials.
Providing ongoing support and assistance to users post-training to ensure successful implementation and utilization of SAP PP & MM functionalities.
Provide consultation to project team on validating / providing solutions to business problems, implementation best practices, cut over strategy etc.
